New Condo Wiring job

First thing on the list : WIRING!

The house came with limited pluck points, no air cond/heater point and odd ceiling lights location.

I am considering with or without plaster ceiling. Having a plaster ceiling done will make the wiring job simpler, and a neat view above.

The cons of having a plaster ceiling done is in case in future there is a need to add or adjust the points, it will either by casing or remove the whole plaster ceiling! Now...the purpose of having a plaster ceiling is so it looks neat, but with additional casing tube hanging around, it defeat the purpose of adding on the plaster ceiling in the first place!

So...whole plaster ceiling is OUT!

Next, borderline plaster ceiling. This looks neater than casing. You can also consider adding a small box at the corner to hide all the LED downlight wire.

The cons is still the same...adding or adjustment in future will need to be done by casing or remove and redo.

My final decision, casing on the top, hack and conceal on walls.

After meeting up with 3 wiring man, I have Decided to go with Ah Seang. He is very detailed when viewing my unit. He gave a lot of good advice, instead of simply agree with the points I wanted to add on, he asked for details like why I needed to add it here, and proposed alternative. Those critical place like cutting through the tiles, he will check on the tiles and per alert me that the tiles might crack, and he spent a longer time in my unit to go through every detail before quoting me. I look forward to see his wiring job quality!
